New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) fair in Miami @newartdealers に @ackerman.clarke のブースから参加します。
初めてのアートフェアがNADAになるとは思ってもいませんでしたが、素晴らしいアーティストと共に展示できることを楽しみにしています。
未発表の作品も展示しますので、もしお近くに行かれる際にはぜひ見ていただければと思います。

I will be participating in the New Art Dealers Alliance (NADA) fair in Miami @newartdealers from @ackerman.clarke ‘s booth.
I never thought my first art fair would be at NADA, but I am looking forward to exhibiting alongside some great artists.
I will be showing some of my unpublished work, so if you are in the area, I hope you will stop by and take a look.

Friend of The Artist is dedicated to showcasing the work of talented emerging artists from around the world. Each volume is unique and features a diversity of aesthetics and ideas as we invite guest jurors to select artists. For Volume 15, we are excited to partner with newcube who curated a wonderful group of artists. newcube is a platform connecting collectors, curators, and art enthusiasts with promising new artists while providing career development opportunities to the new generation of artists on the rise. We are delighted with their selection and thank newcube staff, Bibi Zavieh, Claire Toole, Laura Day Webb, Nazgol Kashani for their selection of artists.

Within the pages of FOA’s Volume 15, we are proud to feature 50 artists from 13 countries who work in various mediums. We feel that FOA’s printed volumes can provide a physical encounter for the viewer to not only take in the works in a tactile form and experience them in context with other curated works.

WHAT CAFEは、日本のアート業界の未来を担うアーティストによる現代アート作品を展示・販売する施設です。オープン以来17回にわたる企画展の中で、多くの作品との出会いを創出してきました。このたび、2022年10月に迎えるオープン2周年に先立ち、企画展のコンセプトを「ART IS …」に一新します。「ART IS …」には、WHAT CAFEを訪れる人々が自身の「アートとは」を見つめ直し、新たな発見を生み出していただける空間を提供したいという思いを込めています。「ART IS …」を掲げ、会期ごとにさまざまなアーティストの作品を展示・販売していく中で、アーティスト・コレクター・ギャラリーなど、現代アートの主たるステークホルダーやライトアートファンといったWHAT CAFEに集う人々それぞれの「ART IS …」が集まり共有されることで、来訪者層がアートへの興味関心をさらに深めるきっかけを提案してまいります。

【開催概要】
8月のWHAT CAFEは美術家・髙屋永遠が主宰する「WHYNOT.TOKYO」とのコラボレーションによる展示会を開催いたします。
「WHYNOT.TOKYO」は国内外の現代美術のアーティスト、キュレーター、研究者と協働しながら展示企画、作品販売、活動紹介を行うプロジェクトで、WHAT CAFEの活動に対し共感いただき、今回のコラボレーションが実現しました。本展では、若手を中心とした29アーティスト約160作品の展示や会期中に開催するアートイベントを通して、それぞれの個性や異なる文化的・社会的な背景が尊重され人間性を分かち合えるような心豊かな経験を提供します。そのジャンル横断的かつ多層的な取り組みは、同じ時代を生きるそれぞれのアーティストが発信する多様な価値観や表現に触れられる体験となることでしょう。初めてアートに触れる人々やアーティストを目指す方々にもお楽しみいただける展示構成を予定しております。

”The Rise of Inside’’ is a show curated by Artsin Square presenting the works of young contemporary artists working on themes of intimacy and private life. Many of these pieces can be understood as self-portraits in a loose sense, allowing us to have a glimpse into the most intimate moments of these artists’ lives with direct and indirect references to their internal experience.
